Jacile Hébert is a seasoned professional when it comes to start-up ventures and brand management.
Originally from Calgary, she acquired her Marketing Management diploma at Mount Royal University and started as a door-to-door sales agent for a small start-up marketing firm directly after graduation. After a year in sales, Jacile was moved into a recruiting position to spearhead the growth of the organization. It was during her time as a recruiter where she re-branded the company and implemented social media as part of its growth strategy to stay ahead of the competition. She helped grow the small start-up of five sales reps in a single location to over 150 reps across seven locations in Canada within two years. This experience allowed Jacile to develop valuable skills in client management, recruiting, leadership, social media marketing, and digital branding.
Her natural creativity, effective leadership, and tenacious sales ability have shaped her into a sought after professional for industry-leading companies. Since founding HOOK in April 2015, she has acquired 13 clients in the first three months of business and had plans to triple in size by the end of the year. In addition to her passion for commerce, Jacile is also an advocate and active volunteer for Operation Smile. She and her husband hope to develop their non-profit organization shortly.
